Custom Artwork & Avatars on Magic Online – Video Tutorial

I’ve always enjoyed the customizable nature of Magic Online, allowing you to tinker with lots of different graphics. In this video tutorial I’m showing you how make many cool changes to the game’s GUI and make sure they won’t be overwritten by the software. This includes:

  • Changing Card Artwork
  • Custom Avatars
  • Tix, Play Points and Qualifier Points Alterations
  • General GUI Alterations
  • Online Store Items Alterations…funny but useless 😉
  • Important Info about card art on MTGO and how to avoid “empty” cards

Let me know if you have any questions and need assistance!

So long,
Julian

Support me on Patreon

I recently decided to sign on to Patreon, a cool website that lets you support the people and projects you enjoy the most in order to make it easier for them to produce additional content. There’s several tiers of support, that will give you special perks like coaching sessions or Legacy Premier League swagchandise. Note that all of my content and projects themselves will always remain free no matter whether you pledge any amount of not. Patreon is a way for people who want to see even more, crazier and bigger projects from me in the future!

Hi Franceso, I haven’t found a way yet that allows you to alter the playmat. You can pick from the ones MTGO offers, but I haven’t seen a file that you can alter for the “playmat”.

Can you not set the permission on each moded file individually ? That way you wouldn’t need to set it on the whole folder, and downloading new images would not be a problem.
